Cameron is the Founder and President at Performance Insurance Agency. Founded in 2023, the agency was created to help service a proprietary medical malpractice book of business he started. From there it has grown with clients from many different industries and servicing personal lines 
insurance clients as well. As Founder & President at Performance Insurance Agency, all the while managing organizational efficiencies within the agency, he helps clients in consulting on organizational risk issues to give overall guidance on risk transfer/mitigation efforts.
Before starting his agency, Cameron worked at Marsh & McLennan Agency as Vice President, Woodruff-Sawyer as Assistant Vice President and NFP as a Broker from 2011-2023. Primarily focused on new business development and client relationship management.
His primary area of expertise is Property and Casualty, where he maintains an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate, Fitness/Recreation and Healthcare industries. 
Cameron has worked in the insurance industry for 14 years. Prior to beginning his insurance career, Cameron spent one year traveling the world on the professional tennis tour. Cameron holds his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Redlands.
